very bad room even a small soap or shampoo and towel not supplied. MakeMyTrip not included this type of hotel

Facilities provided was very bad.There were not proper lighting in the room.They were not working properly.Foul smell was present in the room.overall horrible experience

it's my first time experience with make my 訂房網站 and I feel comfortable with the booking process. the hotel room was spacious , good hospitality from the staff of hotel imperial residency. satisfied with their parking facility, good customer care service. but one negative is the little water leakage from air conditioner . overall happy rating is 3.5/ 5

Room was not cleaned.Lights in the room were not working.Foul smell was there in the room.old bed sheets which were not cleaned was given to us.overall it was a horrible experience staying in the hotel

location near to rly station and bus stand. doesn't have restaurant.hence one has to book food from outside

The bed was infested with insects, making it impossible to sleep. The bathroom was old and filthy, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the hotel staff charged an additional ₹700 without providing a bill, which is completely unacceptable. Their customer service is non-existent—calls for assistance were ignored, and they showed no responsibility for their actions. This place is fraudulent and untrustworthy. Room tiles are damaged and they covered by mat and they allotted very poor room to us and drinking water

Decent stay. Has lift facility. A bit far from new bus stand but worth the money for short stays. Washroom was clean.
